Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

You accept these Terms by checking "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy" when you first enter Wellness Pathfinder, or by continuing to use the service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Description of the Service

Wellness Pathfinder is a browser-based education wellness platform operated by Voyager Wellness Foundation, a nonprofit organization.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis for entertainment and general wellness purposes only. No account is required — core features work entirely in your browser.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Voyager Wellness Pathfinder for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or disrupt the service
• Interfere with or impair the normal operation of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

4. Intellectual Property

The software, source code, and underlying technology of Wellness Pathfinder are owned by Voyager Data Corporation and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Program content and educational materials are owned by Voyager Wellness Foundation. No rights are granted to you except as necessary to use the service for its intended purpose.

5. Entertainment Notice

Pathfinder is an education and entertainment wellness preview from Voyager Wellness Foundation, designed for general wellness reflection and product feedback. It does not provide healthcare, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, therapy, clinical scoring, or crisis support.

Some questions may be inspired by common mental health screening frameworks, including PHQ-9 and GAD-7. These are used only as general self-reflection references and are not administered, scored, interpreted, or used as clinical screening tools.

PHQ-9 and GAD-7 were developed by Drs. Robert L. Spitzer, Janet B.W. Williams, Kurt Kroenke, and colleagues, with support from Pfizer.

If you are concerned about your mental health, symptoms, medication, or safety, please contact a licensed healthcare professional. If you are in crisis or may harm yourself or someone else, call or text 988 in the U.S. or contact local emergency services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voyager Wellness Foundation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Wellness Pathfinder.

7. Data Use Consent

By using Wellness Pathfinder, you acknowledge that Voyager Data Corporation may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your personal information in identifiable form.

We may use or share anonymized, aggregated data in the following categories:

• (a) Internal analytics — Pseudonymous usage data used to improve the Wellness Pathfinder experience. Usage events are recorded under a random device identifier and are not tagged with your name, email, or account, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• (b) Academic and research licensing — Anonymized, aggregated data licensed to accredited research institutions. We will notify you and provide an opt-out opportunity before any such sharing begins. No re-identification is permitted.
• (c) Commercial licensing — Anonymized, aggregated data licensed to health organizations and wellness companies. We will notify you and provide an opt-out opportunity before any such sharing begins. Licensed data may never be used for employment, insurance, credit, or underwriting decisions of any kind.
• (d) B2B data partnerships — Anonymized data exchanged with complementary wellness or health platforms. The same anonymization standards and opt-out opportunity apply.

All external data licensing (categories b–d) is handled by Voyager Data Corporation (VDC), which develops the technology used by this service. Voyager Wellness Foundation transfers anonymized data to VDC under a Data Sharing Agreement before any external use occurs.

An opt-out mechanism will be available in your account settings before any external sharing (categories b–d) begins. Data already collected under prior policies will not be shared without updated disclosure and a new opt-out opportunity.

8. Modifications and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Wellness Pathfinder at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9A. General Provisions

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding Wellness Pathfinder.
• Assignment. We may assign these Terms to an affiliate, including Voyager Data Corporation, in connection with the technology that powers Wellness Pathfinder. You may not assign these Terms.
• Notice of Changes. We will post material changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
